　　The construction design tender research building of the human cell lineage facility (Phase I) is globally opening to a the outstanding designers 

　　1、項目定位 Project Positioning

　　“人類細(xì)胞譜系大科學(xué)研究設(shè)施”項目由中科院廣州生物醫(yī)藥與健康研究院承建，廣州醫(yī)科大學(xué)（呼吸疾病國家重點實驗室）、生物島實驗室聯(lián)合共建，是通過人類細(xì)胞譜系鑒定解析與繪制重現(xiàn)，支撐突發(fā)新發(fā)呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病的機(jī)理探尋、高效診斷和醫(yī)學(xué)治療的大科學(xué)研究裝置。 

　　The project “the human cell lineage facility ” is constructed by Guangzhou Institutes of Biomedicine and Health, Chinese Academy of Sciences and jointly built with Guangzhou Medical University (State Key Laboratory of Respiratory Diseases) and Bioland Laboratory, this large scientific research facility is built for exploring the mechanism for underpinning the sudden onset of respiratory disease and providing the efficient diagnosis and medical treatment through the analysis and rendering of human cell lineage identification.  

　　人類細(xì)胞譜系大科學(xué)研究設(shè)施（一期）研發(fā)樓建設(shè)工程項目規(guī)劃用地面積10029平方米，建筑面積31200平方米，建筑內(nèi)容包括研發(fā)樓及其配套公用設(shè)施。該研發(fā)樓主要用于大設(shè)施核心技術(shù)和關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的研發(fā)。 

　　The planned construction area of the research building of the human cell lineage facility (Phase I) is 10029 square meters, the building area is 31200 square meters, the construction covers research building and its supporting public facilities. This research building will be used for researching and developing the core technology and key equipment for large facilities.  

　　2、項目概況 Project Overview

　　項目位于廣州國際生物島西側(cè)螺旋二路以北、星漢二路以西。項目投資總額27481萬元。其中工程建安費限額24000萬元，資金來源為地方財政資金。本次設(shè)計招標(biāo)最高投標(biāo)限價645.64萬元，采取包干制。 

　　This project is located in Guangzhou International Bio Island, the north of Luoxuan 2nd Road and the west of Xinghan 2nd Road. The total investment is 274.81 million yuan, the construction and installation costs of the project are maximum 240 million yuan which is sponsored by the local financial funds.The maximum bidding price is 6.4564 million yuan with the contract-system.  

　　3、主要設(shè)計內(nèi)容 The Main Design Content

　　本次設(shè)計招標(biāo)包括規(guī)劃用地面積4.0765萬平方米的園區(qū)整體概念設(shè)計，以及規(guī)劃用地面積10029平方米的一期設(shè)施研發(fā)樓及其相關(guān)配套建筑的建設(shè)方案、初步設(shè)計、施工圖設(shè)計、編制工程概算及竣工圖。 

　　The construction design tender includes the overall concept design of the park where covers a planned area of 4.0765 square kilometers and the construction plan, initial design, construction drawing design, engineering design budget and as-built drawing of the research building (Phase I) and its supporting public facilities where convers a planned area of 10029 square kilometers.  

　　4、招標(biāo)內(nèi)容 Tender Content

　　招標(biāo)內(nèi)容包含：園區(qū)整體概念設(shè)計及一期工程方案設(shè)計、修建性詳細(xì)規(guī)劃、方案修改或設(shè)計、初步設(shè)計、施工圖設(shè)計、編制工程概算、編制施工圖預(yù)算、現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)與監(jiān)督、編制竣工圖。包括但不限于如下專業(yè)內(nèi)容：規(guī)劃、總圖、建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、電氣、給排水、通風(fēng)與空調(diào)、室內(nèi)設(shè)計、建筑智能化、消防、園林景觀、綠色建筑（公共建筑2星）、電梯、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、幕墻、道路（包括路口開設(shè)）、人防、泛光照明、標(biāo)識系統(tǒng)、綜合管溝、建設(shè)用地范圍外的管線接入、實驗室。 

　　The scope of tender: the overall concept design and engineering design of phase I, site plan, plan modification or design, initial design, construction drawing design, engineering design budget, construction drawing budget, on-site instruction and supervision and the as-built drawing, , including but not limited to the following professional areas: planning, master plan, architecture, structural, electrical, water supply and drainage, ventilation and air conditioning, interior design, intelligent building, fire protection, landscape, green building (2 stars for public buildings), elevator, steel structure, curtain wall, road with intersection, civil air defense, floodlighting, signage system, utility tunnel, outside pipeline connection, laboratory. 

　　5、招標(biāo)文件下載 Tender Document Download

　　2021年2月2日至2021年3月4日的上午9：30～11：30，下午13：30～16：00，由申請人登錄廣州公共資源交易中心網(wǎng)站（http//www.gzggzy.cn）下載電子招標(biāo)文件,本項目招標(biāo)文件隨招標(biāo)公告一并在廣州公共資源交易中心網(wǎng)站發(fā)布,招標(biāo)文件一經(jīng)在廣州公共資源交易中心發(fā)布，視為送達(dá)給投標(biāo)人，招標(biāo)文件由投標(biāo)人自行在廣州公共資源交易中心網(wǎng)站下載。 

　　The applicant should log in the website of Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Center (http// www.gzggzy.cn ）from February 2 to March 6, 2021（9:30-11:30 am, 13:30-16:00pm） for downloading the electronic tender documents. The tender documents of this project will be published on the website of Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Center together with the tender announcement. Once the tender documents are published in Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Center, they will be deemed to be delivered to the tender, and the tender documents will be downloaded by the tender themselves on the website of Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Center. 

　　6、設(shè)計補償費 Design Compensation Fee

　　項目補償費設(shè)置如下： 

　　Compensation is as follows: 　

　　投標(biāo)人遞交的設(shè)計方案及效果圖的產(chǎn)權(quán)歸招標(biāo)人所有，中標(biāo)人不予補償。 

　　The property right of design scheme and effect drawing submitted by the bidder belongs to the tenderer, the successful bidder will not be compensated.
